This was the first holiday abroad I'd been on with Trigeminal Neuralgia (if we don't count that I experienced the first attack of TN in Rome two years ago), so I was very nervous about travelling with medication and with the constant fear of an attack if pain! As, most of the time, I'm noticing it on my left side, I do tend to shrug it off with a quick 'oh, it's on my bad side, it's on my TN's side, I'll be fine', because everything that happens on my left side just tends to be down to my TN!
