I was just scrolling through Facebook this morning, when I came across a post advertising jobs for air staff for a particular airline and all the comments were about how it was so sexist and ridiculous that in this day and age, ladies are told they need to wear make up in certain jobs and it got me thinking about my own experiences with this.
So, before I start the dreadful task of coming off my medication again, here are my top tips from the last time (that I absolutely must not forget) for anyone else who is deciding to brave the pain too..
It's the first week of January and I'm pretty certain that I've come up with the ideal way to get through my yearly goals and make new, good habits.
New Years Eve is finally here! I'm excited about making some changes for the future, but I want to call them good habits for 2018, rather than new years resolutions. There's a kind of stigma around making changes for January, so I would rather just think about the good habits I could spend time working on, which I can keep with me for 2018.. 2019, 2020 and hopefully for many years to come!
It's Christmas Eve and I'm feeling really festive! I'm currently sat by the Christmas tree, with the lights on and my little black cat snuggled up on my knee, with a hot chocolate, and I feel like writing about my favourite Christmas tradition - Christmas cards for the neighbours.
With Christmas just around the corner, I've been painting my nails a variety of festive colours, so if you're not sure what design you'll be going for, look no further..
A tag I have seen going around the blogging community is about the best Christmas gift you have ever received and I didn't even have to think for a second about which one mine was.
